That's a great idea, Ajay! I would like to see more pictures of the artists, seamstresses, and the process. Sorry it's taking so long to send pictures of my salway kameez, but I don't have a digital camera. I'll send them soon!

I agree. I would like to see all the people behind these wonderful hand made goodies! They should get a little spotlight on them for the long hours they put in making clothes for us lot.

I'd love to see more pictures of the artists, also. In 1998, several artists, including myself, went to India to visit the artists and crafts people in Gujarat and Rajasthan. It was an amazing trip and so incredible to see first hand these amazing artists working their trade. With the most simple or primitive tools they would turn out unbelievably beautiful work.

Some of the crafts people we visited were kalamkari artists, embroiderers, rug weavers, potters, goldsmiths, miniature painting artists, block printers, paper makers, and more. The ingenuity and skill of these people is truly outstanding.

    WOW!!!
Thank you for posting the pictures of the people that are doing the work! It is always interesting to see the behind the scene pictures of how things are made. I have a renewed respect for you, your friends and the quality of workmanship that you all put into each garment!
Now I am off to you web site to figure out the amount of money that I need to budget for this month so that I can order!!!

    Blessing to you & yours,
