Maybe I love Indian fabrics TOO much?

I saw Bride and Prejudice was on the other weekend and just had to watch it. My husband joined me and we watched in silence for awhile. After it was over, I asked him what he thought. He said he thought it was a cute story, reminiscent of the big budget musicals that used to be done in Hollywood several decades ago.

When I looked at him in surprise, he thought about it a moment and then sighed...you watched it for the costumes didn't you? I replied, well yeah! But the storyline was entertaining too. lol

    Are you kidding me? I loooooove Indian fabric. My friend's mother just got back from Kolkatta and Varanasi, and before she left, I begged her to bring me back some saree. She brought me a Vanarasi silk sari and a silk/cotton sari some Kolkatta. Heeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

        It was so funny...when we were in India...we sat there for hours as the sales men would open up package after package of great mysore silk (you learned fast between the good stuff and the not so good) and after a while it was so fabulously overwhelming that we would all get head aches! we were in pain and laughing our hind ends off all at the same time...I still have fabric that I haven't done anything with...I should take a picture and put it up on my site...it is so unqiue that I dont want to cut into it...uh..yet! LOL ps...I love Indian fabrics too....
